Wiz Khalifa at Bamboozle

I think rappers sometimes get an unfair “rap” about their performances. I think there is a stereotype about them that people buy into too often; that their performances are boring, that they’re not true performers, that they don’t really rap or sing to their songs, etc. Well, from every hip-hop show I have ever seen, this stereotype is completely false.

Here is some footage of Wiz performing this past weekend at Bamboozle. It was a great lineup (Big Sean, Chiddy Bang, Weezy, Sam Adams, etc), and I very much wish that I had been present.

The good folks over at Heavy Hittas took some really great footage that, somehow, ended up with great sound quality. Capturing solid sound at a live performance, especially music that has bass as heavy as Wiz’s, is incredibly hard to do so kudos to those dudes. I included some of my favorites from the night. Enjoy.
