Sunset Presents: G-Eazy, Oakland CA
Big news to announce! Sunset in the Rearview will be hosting a G-Eazy concert in Oakland on December 28th! We’re really excited to be on board with this show, particularly because G-Eazy is (for the most part) a local in this area! It should be an incredible night. I’ll get back to you on that (if I remember).
G-Eazy put out a great mixtape this year called The Endless Summer. It sampled songs from the 50′s and 60′s and had incredible rhymes from G-Eazy himself and other guest features he brought on board. The tape was recently named a Runner-Up for Sunset in the Rearview’s Top Mixtapes of 2011.
I’ll let you guys sample some of my favorite songs of G-Eazy’s. In short, though, he’s one of my favorite up-and-coming rappers of late. I’m super excited to see him perform live.
