Coldplay – Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall
I hate when people judge Coldplay fans. Let’s be straight – they are the U2 of this day and age, and just like U2, they are a talented band who makes really catchy music that’s got both strong lyrics and strong instrumentals. If you ask me, it’s the equation for great music. Sure, it became pretty mainstream, but you can’t always have a stick up your ass, right? I try not to, anyway. And I’ve recently discovered that I’m an indie snob. But fuck it, I like Coldplay. They’re out with a new single today called “Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall.” Sounds very Coldplay. Grandiose, reverberating, memorable…a lot like the songs off their last album. The track isn’t available for free download, but if you like it, you can download it on iTunes.
