“OOOO” – Fishing
Have you ever wished that you were a fish and that you could swim underwater? If not, I’m sorry your imagination is so limited. If so, let’s be friends. Other than snorkling/diving, listening to this song might be the closest I’ve ever gotten to actually feeling like I’m living underwater. This is absolutely brilliant music-making. It sounds a bit like Pogo’s “Upular” with it’s quick cuts and transitions between notes and voices. I really really love this.
A bit more on Fishing – they’re a Sydney-based beatmaking duo by the names of Russell Fitzgibbon and Doug Wright. Exceptional, mates!
