“Beautiful Trash” by Lanu is a wonderful example of pop music that I love. Just recently, my other writer, D Prep, stated that he can’t stand pop music. I’m certainly picky with the pop music that I like, but this is one of the plusses. I hadn’t heard of Lanu before, but just learned that he’s the solo act born by the name of Lance Ferguson, same guy who was the leader of the Australian funk band The Bamboos. The B-Side is the single remixed by Hidden Orchestra. Which do you like better? I’ve gotta say I’m feeling the original more. The remix is a lot darker, but I liked the lightness of the original.
