Cage The Elephant – Shake Me Down

Cage The Elephant is a rock and roll band from Kentucky that still manages to exude creativity and originality in a genre that seems to be fading with time. This song maintains a sense of melody while respecting the pillars of rock: heavy drumming, high energy, and epic guitar sections. Their new album, Thank you, Happy Birthday is set to release on January 11th of the coming year. If this song is a sign of what’s to come, I will certainly be purchasing that album.
