“Major Tom (Coming Home)” – Shiny Toy Guns
This is the song from that new Lincoln commercial. If you’ve been watching any of the NBA playoffs, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Not sure if it’s on many other channels…don’t watch much TV. I love songs like this where the whole song sounds like it’s in a minor key and a little dark and off and then the chorus comes around and BOOM the song opens up and goes into a major key…its like the clouds have parted. Alright…enough deep music interpretation for now. Great chord progression, though.
